For our incoming Toddler Class, prospective families are invited to schedule a school visit as early as July 1st for the next academic year. We begin booking July appointments in January and appointments book up quickly. It is recommended that you contact the school in January 2026 to visit July 2026 to enroll for September 2027. For families applying to our Intermediate and PreK Classes, you are invited to contact the school at any time to schedule a school visit. During his classes, children play in developmentally-appropriate games while learning teamwork, foundational exercises (running, jumping, burpees, planks, etc.), and form. Following the energetic and heart stimulating stage, the class participates in recovery activities. Children learn about breath, flexibility, different series of postures, and calming the mind. Finally, he teaches us how to practice mindfulness. Each class closes with savasana and meditation.
